Q. Where is my order being shipped from?

The majority of orders are processed and shipped from Duluth, Georgia. Also, on occasion, we ship items or entire orders from our retail store locations. Shipments from our retail stores cannot be expedited and may add a day or two to the delivery time.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  1. Currently, PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com offers shipping in North America only. We do not currently deliver to PO boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, international addresses outside North America, or a few limited geographic areas within the U.S.

    Note: You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
 

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 
 
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

Track your order by:
  • Checking your e-mail. You will receive e-mails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  • Visiting http://www.pgatoursuperstore.com/. Sign in to “Order Status/History” or “Track Your Order” to view your order history 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
 

The status of your order is supplied by http://www.pgatoursuperstore.com/, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by the carrier that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from “Track Your Order” on our website when it becomes available, and it will also be e-mailed to you.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

 

Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed in a safe place such as a porch or garage.

 

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or Out-of-Date Address
  • Other Address Problems: Some properties have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
  • Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.

     

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us (and your account will be credited).

  • Refused by Recipient: If a recipient is not expecting a package (another household member) they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. Shipping charges would not be credited in this case.
 

No. Our site is currently set up to only allow shipping initiated from our system.

 

All shipping charges include a Fuel Surcharge that is added to each shipment by our carrier.

 

All orders where the product total is less than $75 before any coupons or discounts are applied will be assessed a $10 handling fee.
