Q. What is your standard return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. (Shipping charges are non-refundable). Please follow the instructions on the Returns Sheet that was included with your shipment to return any item. The Item must be returned in its original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
 

Q. Are there any items that I cannot return?

Yes. Standard Return policies do not apply to all items.

Software and electronic media products (CD-ROMs, computer games, software, VHS tapes), customized/personalized products and autographed collectibles are exceptions.

  • If you wish to return a media product, you may return the product, unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping or other non-refundable charges.
  • Customized / Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles
    All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned.
     

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. In an effort to provide the highest level of confidence when making a purchase, we are proud to offer our 30 day playability guarantee on golf clubs. If for any reason you are not happy with the performance of your club(s), simply contact Customer Service, request a return authorization (RA) number, and return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment to receive a full credit in the form of your original purchase or an online credit toward the purchase of other merchandise. This credit will be issued in the form of a Gimme Card.

This offer applies to items that are not damaged and reveal only normal wear. Limit one exchange per purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please note: 30 Day Playability Guarantee applies to all club purchases except custom clubs or demo clubs.
 

Q. How do you handle manufacturers warranties?

Many of the items that are sold on www.PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.

If a problem occurs with the product (clubs) and has been used in any way, under normal wear & usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue, not as defective or under Playability Guarantee. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility.

All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period, www.PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace or refund of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the item.

Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable for other than manufacturer warranty or manufacturing defects.
 

Q. How do I return an item?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product simply return it within 30 days for a refund.

If you should need to return an item, contact www.PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com via e-mail at customerservice@pgatss.com or phone at 1-678-987-5820 and request an RA (Return Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (Note: New and unworn footwear must be returned in original shoe box. The shoes must not be worn outside and must be in “as-new” condition.)

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging, parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the purchaser’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you would prefer to use your own shipping method:

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in their original condition, to ensure full credit.

Complete the return reason questionnaire on the Return Sheet and include it in the return package.

Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Q. What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

When your order is delivered, you should immediately inspect the carton(s) for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Online Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in Your Order History.

In addition, please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

Q. When will I receive my credit for items I returned to PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com?

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

If a Gimme Card was used online, the refund amount will be applied to your Gimme Card.
 

Q. If I return an item, will PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com reimburse my shipping costs?


Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at www.PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com, except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective.
