BUYING A GIMME CARD:

To purchase a Gimme Card, simply:

  • Complete the transaction.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

Order processing begins immediately after you click “Place Order”. Since our system is designed to complete your order and ship it as quickly as possible, you will need to wait until you receive your order. After receiving the order, you may return it for credit (less any shipping charges). You will be responsible for the return freight charges.

Q. What happens if part of my order isn't available?

You will be contacted by an Online Customer Service Specialist and given the option to cancel the unavailable items off the order, or have us hold the order until all items become available.

Shipping Status:

Q. Why did my order get cancelled?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  2. Duplicate order was placed.
  3. Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Incorrect credit card information (must be entered exactly as it is on your credit card billing statements)

No, the amount of the coupon/promotion can only be applied against the cost of the product. Tax, freight and handling fees must be paid by each customer at time of checkout.

No. Promotion codes are only good on new orders and may not be applied to previously placed orders.

 

Q. What if I have a Tax Exempt number?

I am a retailer. What can I purchase tax exempt?

  • State law exempts items that are resold in the normal course of business. Items not normally resold in your business but purchased by special request may be taxed by our Web site. For these items, you may contact your state's Department of Revenue to request a refund of tax paid. Items or supplies used to run your business are taxable.
  • How do I submit my exemption information?

What happens after I submit my information?

  • It is reviewed by one of our tax specialists. You will be notified by email once your tax exempt request has been approved. If your request is denied, we will provide the reasons and may request additional information.
  • Will my online orders initially show tax?
  • Yes, when you place an online order, it will initially show the tax charged, based on the shipping destination. When we have received and approved your tax exemption request, we can apply a tax credit to your order. However, each order must be credited manually for the tax amount. So to receive the credit, exempt organizations must notify PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com Customer Service at customerservice@pgatss.com.

Once tax is credited, how can I get an updated invoice?

SALES TAX Q&A

Q. How is sales tax amount determined?

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states: Arizona (7.8%), Georgia (7%), South Carolina (7%), and Texas (8.25%).

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gimme Cards; however, items paid for with Gimme Cards will be taxed if shipped to addresses in the states mentioned above.

For orders shipped from a location outside Georgia to a location within Georgia, the tax rate that applies (7%) is that of Duluth, GA - the place of sale or order acceptance location.
