Delivery Guidelines
Residential deliveries will be delivered Monday through Saturday. All commercial deliveries will be delivered Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on national holidays and Sundays. We ship exclusively via FedEx with the exception of all military shipments, which are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. All orders are shipped within one business day of payment verification.
*Please note that an additional surcharge will be imposed at checkout for those living in extended/remote delivery areas. There are additional handling fees imposed at checkout for deliveries of large package items (golf bags, travel bags, etc…) and/or shipments weighing over 50 lbs.
1Orders for expedited service must be processed by 12 PM EST to be shipped that day. We cannot accommodate requests for expedited service for orders paid with a money order, check or PayPal e-check. *Please note that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipments
Orders to AK, HI and PR are can be shipped via standard ground service or 2nd Day expedited service. Typically, standard ground orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Canadian Shipments
Orders to Canada may be shipped via standard or expedited service. Standard service to Canada typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited service to Canada typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for payment of all Duties and Taxes imposed on shipments at the time of delivery.

Military APO/FPO Shipments
All APO/FPO shipments must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. These shipments typically take from 4-6 weeks for delivery. If these shipments are not delivered within 75 days or more, a claim can be submitted with the U.S. Postal. Please contact us for details. Rates for APO/FPO shipments will be the same as the 2 Day expedited rates.
