Product Return Guidelines
NOTE THAT ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM A PGATOUR SuperStore RETAIL LOCATION MUST BE RETURNED TO A RETAIL STORE. ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THE WEB SITE STORE CANNOT BE RETURNED TO RETAIL STORE.
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of product receipt for any reason. These items will be eligible for return or exchange and a product price refund will be issued based on the following conditions:
- A Return Authorization (RA#) must accompany any product return. To receive a RA number, please call our customer service team at 888-551-TOUR. (1-888-551-8687).
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton. You must also include a copy of the original sales receipt or shipping confirmation.
- Apparel, shoes, bags, headwear, clubs and accessories must not be used and must be in a complete resalable condition, meaning all inserts, tags and other items must be included and attached. If the products have been used, the return will not be accepted.
- Books, DVDs and electronic devices must be unopened and include all inserts, documentation, etc.
- Personalized or customized orders are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued for the product price (and any applicable sales taxes) only. Original shipping charges are not refundable (except in certain situations).
- Requests for returns after 14 days from the date of product receipt will not be granted.
- Free goods, received as part of a promotion, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the items.

Shipping Promotions
If a free shipping or similar promotion was applied to an order that includes a product being returned, the amount of that promotion will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer for any returned items. This policy will not apply to those returns that result from our error.

Return Shipping Charges
Customers must pay for all costs, including shipping, taxes and duties, to return items to us. We strongly urge you to insure all return shipments as you will bear the risk of loss. In the case of a product return that was caused by a SHOP.PGATOURSuperStore.com processing error, we will either reimburse your return shipping costs, provided that you include your shipping cost receipt in the return, or issue a FedEx return call-tag. SHOP.PGATOURSuperStore.com will pay for the return shipping charges when the returned item was not the item that was initially ordered by you or the item was defective or damaged in shipping to you.

Items Damaged in Shipping
On limited occasions, items will be damaged in shipping. In these cases, we will file a claim with our shipping services provider and make arrangements to retrieve the item. If your shipment is damaged, if possible, please do not open the box or remove any of the contents. Our carrier reserves the right to inspect any and all damaged items. Please report claims for damage within three business days of receipt.

How to Return Items
If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions:
- Call one of our customer service representatives at 888-551-TOUR. (1-888-551-8687) / US or 001-919-573-8662 / International.
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) number. (If we need to issue a call tag, we will provide you with those instructions)
- If your return meets our product return guidelines, you will be issued an RA number.
- Please ship the item, in the original carton, and include all inserts, tags, accessories, etc. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, including any and all taxes and duties. We suggest that you insure the shipment, since you will bear any risk of loss.
- Once your return is inspected and processed, which we generally complete within 15 days of receipt, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit if applicable. All refunds will be issued in U.S. currency.

30-Day Guarantee
On select products, we provide a 30-Day Guarantee that allows you to return your club, if you are unhappy with your purchase. If the 30-Day Guarantee icon appears on the product page for the item that you wish to purchase, then the club is eligible for this offer.
Terms and Conditions
- Offer applies only to products purchased from Shop.PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com. Products purchased at physical store locations are not eligible for this guarantee.
- Offer applies only to certain products that qualify for the 30-Day Guarantee.
- Club must exhibit only normal wear, and cannot be altered in any way including, but not limited to grip or shaft changes.
- Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Store credits will be issued for the product purchase price (and any applicable sales taxes) only. Original shipping charges are not refundable and any shipping discounts initially received on the original purchase will be charged to customer and reduced from the final value of the store credit issued for any returned items.
- All parts, accessories, literature, tools, and headcovers (if applicable) must be returned with the product to receive full product credit.
- Not valid for any custom club order.
- 30-Day Guarantee returns are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be made.
- The return must be submitted either by phone or electronically within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Any returns submitted after the 30-day period, will be considered preowned and will receive store credit based on the preowned trade-in value of the club at the time of receipt.
- Shop.PGATOURSUPERSTORE.com reserves the right to alter or rescind this 30-Day Guarantee policy at any time.
30-Day Guarantee Return InstructionsIf you purchase a product that qualifies for the 30-Day Guarantee and wish to return the product for any reason within the thirty-day period following your purchase, please follow the simple steps below to exchange the item or receive store credit.
- Call our customer service toll free at 888-551-8687 to begin the 30-Day Guarantee return process.
- State that you would like to return your item by taking advantage of the 30-Day Guarantee offer. Our customer service personnel will issue a Return Authorization number and send you an email with a product return form to send with the item back to our facility.
- Once your return is inspected and processed, typically within 15 days of receipt, we will issue the appropriate credit.
