All payments must be made in US currency. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, and PayPal. We also accept payment by money order and certified check. When paying by money order, certified check or with a PayPal account that is linked to a checking account (known as PayPal e-check) please remember that product shipments will not occur until your payment is received and verified. PayPal e-checks generally take 3-4 days to verify. Accordingly, we cannot accommodate requests for expedited shipments for orders paid with money orders, certified checks or PayPal e-checks.

State law requires that we charge sales taxes on orders for all shipments to North Carolina. Sales taxes of 7.75% for North Carolina shipments will be charged to those orders. Some counties and municipalities may be subject to additional sales taxes. For example, shipments to Mecklenburg County, North Carolina will be subject to an additional .5% sales tax. As a result, sale taxes will be charged on all orders if North Carolina is chosen as the state of shipment. Sales taxes are not charged on sales of gift certificates; however, any purchases made where gift certificates are used as tender will be charged sales taxes, if shipped to North Carolina.

Please note that for your protection, our checkout system verifies credit card billing information and address information. This information must exactly match the information on file with your credit card company to process. As an extra protection for all International customers, we may request a copy of your credit card statement for verification purposes. Please remember these and other payment verification procedures may delay the processing of your order but are intended to respect your safety.

We make every effort to ensure that your transaction will be secure and safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges billed to your credit card account. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, SHOP.PGATOURSuperstore.com will cover this entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from our secure server.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to safeguard all of your personal information. Your information cannot be accessed by any unauthorized individual. We are fully compliant with PCI requirements and our site is scanned daily by McAfee Secure ®. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Once you complete the check-out process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number, information and additional instructions. Once payment is received and verified, your order will be processed. Please remember to add the email address customerservice@shop.pgatoursuperstore.com to your safe senders list so that you will receive all confirmation emails. Your confirmation will include your order number and a link to our Order Tracking Page. You may track the progress of your order any time on this page. Once your order is shipped, you will be supplied with a FedEx tracking number. You may then track the progress of your shipment at FedEx.com. Please allow 3-4 hours before this information is updated at FedEx.com. Please also remember that we cannot provide tracking information for military APO/FPO shipments as these products will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

If you have a problem with your shipment, such as delivery or product damage issues, please call our customer service team as soon as possible at 888-551-TOUR (888-551-8687). While these issues are rare, they do occur. Each item is insured. When you call, please have your order number available. If your shipment arrives damaged, if possible, please do not open the box or remove any of the packing materials or the contents. Call us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process a damage claim with FedEx. We will then give you additional guidance regarding replacement of the damaged items. We can only ship you a replacement item once the claim has been processed with our shipping services provider. You may be required to sign a verification of the damage or loss.

If we do not have a particular item in stock, we will request a drop shipment be made directly to you from the manufacturer. Only those items that are considered to be current in-line products will typically be available from the manufacturer via drop ship. When the order is confirmed with the manufacturer, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email. We are authorized retailers for most major golf product manufacturers. If you need a specific new product and do not see it on our website, please give us a call at 888-551-TOUR (888-551-8687) and we will assist you.

All of our equipment is sold in accordance with manufacturer pricing guidelines.

Most new clubs, with the exception of iron sets and wedges, include a head cover.

The "Gimme" Card is a traditional gift card that carries a balance and is used either on the web site or in the store.
The "Gimme" Card carries these stipulations:

• The Gimme Card can not be used to buy another Gimme Card.
• The Gimme Card can be applied towards all values associated with the order total, including taxes and shipping.
• The Gimme Card does do not expire.
• The Gimme Card can be used on the shop.PGATOURSuperStore.com site and/or in PGATOUR SuperStore physical retail locations.
• The Gimme Card, if lost, cannot be reissued.
• Gimme Cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
• To redeem a Gimme Card Enter the 23 digit code (no spaces) from the bottom of the Gimme Card during the Enter Payment step of the cart checkout process.
• Gimme Cards presented at tournaments are in-store coupons that do not have the 23 digit code code listed, are not redeemable online.
• You can purchase a Gimme Card online or at PGATOUR SuperStore retail locations

• The AHIO reward card is redeemable one time only with a maximum award value of $25; the card does not carry a balance after initial redemption; should a purchase be made for a $15 item only, the card is still considered to be redeemed.
• The AHIO award card value can be applied toward merchandise only, and does not apply to other charges, i.e. Taxes or shipping.
• The AHIO card will not be "re-activated" if an order is cancelled or returned post checkout.
• The AHIO card can be applied to merchandise only and can not be "cashed-in" for legal tender, web site credit or used to buy a gift card (Gimme).
• The AHIO card can be redeemed during the Enter Payment step of the cart checkout process.
